The Learning Vault โ Refund Terms
We offer a 7-day full refund window for all paid Academy tracks (Professional and Master), calculated from the date of payment confirmation.
To qualify for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment
- You must not have completed more than 20% of the enrolled course track
- You must not have downloaded or accessed the full course materials in a manner indicating completion
- Certificates must not have been issued or downloaded
Refunds will not be granted after 7 days, or if course completion exceeds 20%, or where a certificate has been issued and downloaded.
Infrastructure Marketplace
Digital products โ including templates, AI workflow tools, and toolkits โ are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once downloaded, as the product is immediately accessible and consumable.
Refunds for digital products are available only in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: You paid but did not receive access or download links within 24 hours and no resolution was provided.
- Material defect: The product is fundamentally broken, inaccessible, or materially different from its described specification โ and AnchorNova is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
- Duplicate purchase: You were charged twice for the same product due to a payment processing error.
Change of mind, incompatibility with systems not listed in the product's technical specifications, or dissatisfaction based on subjective preference do not qualify for a refund on digital products.
AnchorReport & AnchorLearn LMS
For subscription-based products, we offer a 7-day full refund from the date of your first billing charge, if you are dissatisfied for any reason.
After the 7-day window:
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period โ no further charges will apply
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing the platform during a paid billing period, contact us within that period to request a credit or extension.
Contracted Engagements
Enterprise service engagements โ including AI transformation projects, ICT platform development, M&E system deployments, and digital governance contracts โ are governed by individual written service agreements.
Refund and cancellation terms for enterprise engagements are defined in those agreements. In the absence of specific agreement terms:
- Deposits paid are non-refundable once project commencement has begun
- Milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding deliverable has been accepted
- Disputes are subject to the resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7โ10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paystack or Flutterwave.
